The problem statement discussed in this paper is a new technique for the presentation of painterly rendering that uses K-mean segmentation to divide input image into set regions (depending on grayscale regions). Segmenting helps users use different brush strokes and easily change strokes' shape, size, or orientation regions. Every region painted using kinds. properties are chosen depending region's details. stroke properties, such as color, location, orientation, extracted from source statistical tools. number up manually depends image. This method allows user apply painting styles create rendering. MATLAB used render images paintings.
